Transition to summer time

Every year in the spring, Ukrainians turn their clocks forward one hour. In 2022 the date setting summer time falls on March 27.

In the evening before the transfer, it is recommended to go to bed a few hours earlier and, if possible, sleep a little longer. In this way, the body will adapt to the new time better and faster.

By the way, the Verkhovna Rada is working on a law on canceling the change of clocks. Doctors assure that the transition to a different time has a negative effect on human health, causing sleep disturbances, mental disorders, an increase in the number of heart attacks and strokes, exacerbation of chronic diseases, etc.
