The history of the European Day of Dental Technicians

It was the initiator of the approval of the date European Association of Dentists–orthopedists (FEPPD), founded in 1953. This association is the largest organization that represents the interests of owners of dental offices, laboratories and independent technicians throughout Europe. It was FEPPD that proposed to hold events annually on one day that would popularize and promote the dental profession itself, its prestige, and make modern innovative dental technologies and services known to a larger number of patients.
