History of the invention of chocolate ice cream

For the first time chocolate ice cream tried over 100 years ago. In Italy, an unknown confectioner thought of freezing chocolate, nuts, milk and cream. At first, the exquisite recipe was available only to rich people because of the high price, but at the beginning of the 20th century, it was possible to establish mass production. In the United States, the dessert became so popular that Americans decided to make June 7 the day of their favorite treats.

Chocolate ice cream – not only a delicious dessert, but also a healthy treat, especially if you make it by hand. Chocolate contains many vitamins and trace elements, including D, A and E, which are necessary for the normal functioning of the body.
