We celebrate June 23 every year UN Public Service Day. The event was initiated by the United Nations itself in December 2002.

Purpose of UN Public Service Day

The purpose of such an event is to draw the attention of member countries to the importance of the role of public administration in joint international development, to thank the workers of the organization for their hard work for the sake of peace and prosperity.
