World Scleroderma Day is celebrated on June 29 in order to encourage people to take care of themselves and others.
What is Scleroderma?
Scleroderma is a dangerous autoimmune disease that has negative consequences for the body. Currently, the prevalence of the disease in the world is about 20 people for every 100,000. Scleroderma is dangerous because lung damage (which is about 35% of all cases) significantly increases the risk of death within the next 5 years.
Causes of Scleroderma
