Every year on April 17, Ukraine celebrates an official professional holiday – Fire Protection Day. The event was started in 1995, but was originally celebrated on January 29. Later, in 2013, the date of the celebration was changed.

The work of a firefighter is extremely responsible, difficult, heroic, stressful and very important. Fire protection performs its work both during the day and at night. Firefighters must have good physical and theoretical training, because people’s lives often depend on their professionalism.
