Every year on the first Thursday of November, countries around the world celebrate International Project Manager Day. The professional holiday International Project Management Day was launched in 2004. The first ever Multi-Project Management Day was led by Laverne Johnson and Lori Millhaven. Women and men from the IIL – International Institute of Learning team also took part in the action.

The holiday of managers was created to celebrate the work of specialists in the field of project management.
