International Country Music Day

September 17 is celebrated around the world Country Music Day. This style begins its history from the 1920s. Thanks to the migrants from Europe who came to America, the whole world heard the songs of life combined with simple musical instruments such as the guitar, harmonica, banjo and fiddle.

The lyrics reveal common human problems – love, children, finances, entertainment, work, etc. The music is similar to the style of rock and roll or to the rhythm of the waltz. Sometimes it also resembles a lyrical ballad.

American singer Hank Williams, who was born in 1923, on September 17, is considered the founder of country music. He was nicknamed “the king of country music”. Williams is considered one of the most influential and best performers of this style. During his short life (he died at the age of 29), he released 35 records and became an example for other musicians.

Today, thousands of people come together to celebrate one of the most popular music festivals. Choosing the right style, true fans of country wear denim clothes in combination with a checkered shirt. Cowboy boots and a hat are the main accessories that emphasize the complete image.
