On April 23 every year we celebrate a scientific holiday – World Laboratory Day (World Laboratory Day).

Exactly in laboratories important inventions are born, scientific research is conducted, theories and ideas are tested. Any new product goes through a series of laboratory experiments before it is allowed for widespread public use.

• The first laboratory originated in the 6th century BC, it was created by the great ancient Greek philosopher and scientist Pythagoras of Samos at his home.
