It is celebrated every year on the first Sunday of October in Ukraine HR employee’s day, which was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Defense dated September 1, 2008. But there is also an unofficial holiday of personnel. Since 2007, HR specialists have been celebrating HR employee’s holiday on April 27. It was on this day in 1993 that the main document certifying the labor activity of a citizen of the country was approved – the labor book. That is why HR employees of the country consider this date as a professional holiday.

Every year since 2011, the All-Ukrainian Association of Personnel Service Employees and the editorial staff of the magazine for personnel personnel have appealed to the heads of state with a request to establish Personnel Personnel Day on April 27.

In the meantime, HR specialists will continue to celebrate the professional holiday unofficially and every year they hope that April 27 will be documented Happy personnel day of Ukraine.
