Day of positive thinking

September 13 is celebrated Day of positive thinking or Positive Thinking Day, which was initiated by an American entrepreneur in 2003.

A feeling that appears in a person during periods of victories, good news or pleasant events cannot be called positive thinking. In such situations, it is easy enough to be an optimist. Positive thinking is directly related to the ability to maintain hope and interest regardless of events, positive or negative.

  • Positive Thinking Day is a good opportunity to push away negative thoughts. Stresses and difficulties in everyday life sometimes fill thinking with pessimism. This unofficial holiday promotes the idea that negative thoughts do more harm than good, they exhaust, take away energy.

If you don’t know how to spend this day, start from the beginning. Wake up with positivity, set the tone for the coming day in the morning, hang out with positive people, read happy news and books, smile more often, show gratitude for simple things and be kinder to others.
