Employees of commercial courts of Ukraine have the right to celebrate and receive congratulations on June 4. On this day at the beginning of summer in 1991, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the law “On Arbitration (Commercial) Court”, and later, on November 6, adopted the Arbitration Procedure Code of Ukraine. These events became the starting point for the celebration Day of Commercial Courts of Ukraine.

Economic relations – part of our life. Every day there are lots of sales contracts being signed, someone taking ownership or losing it, etc. Such relations are regulated by the economic legislation of the country, and the economic courts of Ukraine regulate disputes between the participants of these relations.

Judicial power began to emerge in the days of Ancient Rome, when the Romans turned to judges and juries to resolve fair disputes. The development of trade relations led to the need to create similar institutions in other countries. In Ukraine, the judicial system was formed at the beginning of the 19th century, and since then its main provisions have not changed fundamentally.
