Realtor Day in Ukraine

Realtor Day in Ukraine has been celebrated on October 9 since 2000. This unofficial date was set in 1999 at the first All-Ukrainian congress of realtors.

Realtor is an expert in real estate. He acts as an intermediary for concluding agreements on purchase and sale, lease and other operations related to real estate.

Although the name of the profession «realtor» is modern, this occupation has a very ancient history. Intermediation in trade and real estate transactions has existed throughout the ages.

A good realtor is a true professional who looks for an interesting real estate option for a person, solves legal issues during the conclusion of a deal, is well versed in the latest changes in housing legislation, and quickly reacts to changes in the market situation.
