  • decrease in the ability to distinguish the main thing and form logical connections

Informational diet is an objective need for psychological and physical health. During the year, several days are set in the calendar that draw attention to the problem of information overload:

  • International day without internet
  • Day off gadgets
  • A day without selfies
  • World day without a mobile phone.

Join us in celebrating these events, the first steps in following the information diet are easier to take together. But an effective information diet is a set of actions and restrictions, as well as your desire and support of loved ones. Increase the items from the given list of ingredients of the information diet not suitable for wartime, however, use those that are available to you today.

  • eliminate multitasking — focus on one thing
  • sleep hygiene (sufficient duration, quality, regime)
  • day without gadgets (once a week/month)
  • gadget-free time before bed/during meals
