Coffee beans is the roasted seed of a fruit called coffee cherry. The drink made from these beans is adored by millions of people, but now flour is also made from coffee seeds.

• According to legend, mankind learned about the coffee cherry thanks to the goats that ate these seeds and became more energetic.
• The most expensive coffee beans are kopi luwak (passes through the digestive tract of the civet) and black tusk (coffee seeds are defecated by an elephant).
• About 2 billion cups of coffee are drunk every day on the planet.
